Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and LimeLai Limited (company number 16486216, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, England) — “LimeLai”, “we”, “us” — governing your use of LimeOrigin, our AI-powered business platform generator, including websites we host for you and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you register.
  • Team members you invite are bound by these terms; you are responsible for their use of your workspace.

2. The Service

  • LimeOrigin generates websites, content, recommendations and analyses from information you provide (your “Organisation Blueprint”).
  • AI-generated output is produced as drafts for your review. You decide what is published, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish.
  • Growth features may present estimates and third-party data; sources and dates are labelled. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI-assistant visibility or business results.
  • We may improve, add or replace features. We will not materially reduce the core capabilities of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

3. Your content

  • You retain all rights to content you provide and to content generated for you in your workspace. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, display and back it up to operate the Service.
  • You must have the rights to any material you upload, and your published sites must not contain unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
  • We may suspend or remove published content that we reasonably believe breaks the law or these terms; where practical we will tell you first.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
  • You may cancel at any time; paid capabilities continue to the end of the paid period and then pause. Your blueprint, content and website remain yours and remain accessible on the free tier’s capabilities.
  • If a payment fails we will retry; continued failure downgrades paid capabilities. Statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, spam, malware, scraping of the Service, abusive load, or attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls.
  • Competitor analysis and visibility features read only publicly available pages, identify our crawler honestly, and must not be used to harass or misrepresent others.

6. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. For personal data contained in your workspace content (for example, enquiries from your website visitors), you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.

7. Availability and support

  • We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as available”; maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause interruptions.
  • We back up platform data regularly. You can export your data at any time from Settings.

8. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
  • Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data you could have exported.

9. Ending the agreement

  • You can delete your organisation and account at any time from Settings; this permanently erases your workspace data.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.

10. General

  • We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
